Registration
Registration will open on January 25, 2025 - please check back then to register here. Please note that all dollar amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
There are multiple options to choose from, including full conference registration with special early bird and student registration rates, day rates, and/or individual ticket purchases for the evening concerts, making it possible for you to customize your event experience. Membership of the American Harp Society or the World Harp Congress is required to register for One Harp World. Registration fees and single day passes include admittance to the exhibit hall, workshops, daytime and evening concerts, and receptions. A conference badge guarantees admittance to events, and must be worn at all times. All fees are non-refundable.
Family members, friends, and the general public (anyone who is not registered for One Harp World) may purchase tickets for the evening events. Individual concert tickets are CA$45.00 each and can be purchased at the registration table, or at the door.

Adult registration: Before April 1st: CA$1,000 After April 1st: CA$1,200
Student Registration (under age 21 or full time student): Before April 1st: CA$600 After April 1st: CA$800
Non-harpist family member: Before April 1st: CA$700 After April 1st: CA$900
A family member is defined as a parent, guardian, or other immediate family member of a student AHS/WHC member, or a spouse, life partner, or child of an adult member. Admission to all events and activities included.
Single Day registration: Adult: CA$400 Student: CA$275
